_{60 indigent households receive health insurance}

    _{Last February 18, 2010, the Provincial Health Insurance of Negros Oriental (PHINO) distributed 60 cards to indigent households in the Municipality of Amlan.  Gov. Emilio Macias II has allocated budget for the first five years of its implementation.}

    _{Macias said, unlike Philhealth which has limited coverage, PHINO cards can accommodate the needs of the patient in case of major operations.  He also added that PHINO card is designed to give Oriental Negrenses equal access to health care.}
